For those looking for a career in the Cookery Sector of the Industry we offer the following NVQ courses:
Whether your desire is to become a Chef, work in the Hospitality Industry with a recognised qualification, run a catering company, become a private cook, work in food media or start your own food business; our professional Lakefield course will provide you with the skills to get started. We offer NVQs in Professional Cookery, Food Service, Hospitality Services, Housekeeping, and train for the whole industry.
The Hospitality Supervision and Leadership NVQ Level 3 course is an Advanced Hospitality Diploma. It builds upon the foundations of the level 2 Hospitality Diploma and allows you to develop the supervisory skills needed for the Hospitality Industry.
