ABOUT THE COMPETITION

Each team will receive a box full of mystery ingredients to create a two-course vegetarian menu using our professionally equipped kitchens and access to a selection of vegetarian cookbooks.

Judging will be carried by a team of experts, including chef lecturers from Lakefield College. The winner will receive a Lakefield recipe book and a certificate.

Assessments

Judging will be carried by a team of experts, including chef lecturers from Lakefield College. The winner will receive a Lakefield recipe book and a certificate.

COSTS/EQUIPMENT

The total cost of the course is £5 for each team.

You will be required to bring your plates should you wish and specialised equipment if necessary.
