Lakefield has an enthusiasm to bring hospitality to the youngest, that’s why organises many activities for school girls to bring this industry to their attention.
The most well known is the Activity day where the schools girls get a taste of what the hospitality industry involves.
This time the year 11 food and nutrition class from the Convent of Jesus and Mary Language College in Willesden came for a taster day at Lakefield.

To quote some of their responses at the end of the day:

“The experience was fun, I learnt many things about Hospitality”
“I really enjoyed the day and I now have a better understanding of what Hospitality is”
“After my day at Lakefield I am now thinking about doing a level 2 Hospitality diploma”
“The day was different and it has opened me up to new skills and opportunities, all in all I liked it”
