The Cookery Supervision NVQ Level 3 is a Level 3 qualification for those who have at least a years experience working in a professional kitchen and want to take on a more managerial role within our kitchen.
Take part in leading a small team of two students, taking part in menu development and be innovative with ideas on how to improve the work systems within the kitchen. Also give training to younger students and be an advocate for strong team relationships. Your training will include:

Requirements needed
National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) are a qualification in competency style.
This means that assessment will be by practical skills testing, observation and theory-based exams.
COSTS/EQUIPMENT
The total cost of the course is £1760.
You will be required to purchase chefs whites, knife set, and textbooks before the start of the course. Details will be sent out once you have been offered the place.
